At Outerlands, we partner with trusted courier networks to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays). During sale events or product launches, processing may take up to 3 business days.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, remote locations, or unforeseen disruptions. Outerlands is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible orders with a nominal handling fee of ₹49. COD may not be available for all pincodes. If COD is unavailable for your location, you will be notified at checkout.

Save 10% when you pay online via prepaid methods (UPI, Net Banking, Cards, Wallets).


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email and/or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment on our courier partner's website. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.


Delivery Attempt & Failed Delivery

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails after 3 attempts due to the recipient being unavailable or incorrect address, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases:

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded minus the shipping charges
  • COD orders will be cancelled

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order.


Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time. We do not ship to PO boxes or certain restricted/remote pincodes.


Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives physically damaged (visibly tampered packaging), please refuse the delivery or document it with a video at the time of opening. Contact us immediately at support@outerlands.in with evidence to initiate a replacement.
