At Outerlands, every order is quality-checked before dispatch. We take pride in delivering products that meet our standards — and we stand behind them.
Replacement Policy (7-Day Window)
We offer a 7-day replacement from the date of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a replacement:
- The item must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- You must provide video evidence with Uncut unboxing video of the damage/defect/incorrect item at the time of raising the request
To raise a replacement request, email us at support@outerlands.in with:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photos/video of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once verified, your replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 business days.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns and refunds are not applicable under normal circumstances. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size ordered by the customer
- Colour preference after delivery
- Minor variation in shade due to screen display differences
Refunds are only applicable in the following scenario: If a replacement product itself arrives damaged or defective, you will be eligible for a full refund. In this case, please contact us at support@outerlands.in within 24 hours of receiving the replacement, with supporting evidence.
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Conditions
The following will make a return/replacement request ineligible:
- Items washed, worn, or altered after delivery
- Items without original tags and packaging
- Requests raised after the 7-day window
- Damage caused by improper use or handling by the customer
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled for Prepaid Orders once placed.
